ALL PROGRAMS AND RESTRICTIONS MAY BE ADJUSTED BASED ON ORDERS RELEASED BY THE GOVERNOR
Code of Conduct form MUST be signed by parent/guardian of every child interested in participating in a Manalapan Recreation sponsored athletic activity. Failure to accept the Code will result in that child NOT being permitted to participate. The form will be included in your Credit Card registration process.
