2010 Reassessment
Please note that 2010 first and second quarter taxes are not changing due to the reassessment. These quarters are due on February 1st and May 1st as previously billed.
As per NJSA 54:4-66, the first and second quarter taxes are based on one half of the total tax levied for the previous year.
As the 2010 tax rate is not yet available, we cannot calculate what your total tax bill will be. As always, any changes will be reflected in the third and fourth quarters.
