(A Foreclosure Prevention Program)
The New Jersey HomeKeeper program is a short-term financial assistance program to keep families in their homes while they are looking for employment in the form of a second mortgage loan. This program is intended to help stabilize our neighborhoods, preserve the municipal tax base and help to restore the vitality.
