Finished Basements & Additions
All finished basements and additions require a construction permit. Zoning approval must be obtained prior to submitting a permit application to the Construction Office.
To apply, a permit packet may be obtained from the Construction Office between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Homeowner or contractor is responsible to make sure all necessary inspections are called in and scheduled. Periodic inspections during the progress of work are necessary to ensure that work conforms with the requirements of the Uniform Construction Code
