Program/Registration Information

Registration with Credit Card payment is accepted online for Recreation Programs: CLICK HERE TO ACCESS THE ONLINE REGISTRATION

Code of Conduct form MUST be signed by parent/guardian of every child interested in participating in a Manalapan Recreation sponsored athletic activity. Failure to accept the Code will result in that child NOT being permitted to participate. The form will be included in your Credit Card registration process. Download form only for mail-in or walk-in registration.
