Revised Master Plan Farmland Preservation Element

REVISED MASTER PLAN FARMLAND PRESERVATION ELEMENT

 

The Planning Board of the Township of Manalapan adopted a Farmland Plan Element in 2008 inclusive of its Master Plan in order to maintain Township eligibility to participate in the Planning Incentive Grant Program of the State of New Jersey.  Click here to view the Township’s revised Master Plan Farmland Preservation Element.  The revised plan includes changes requested by the State Agriculture Development Board to be considered for adopted by the Township Planning Board on September 10, 2009 at 8:00pm at the Municipal Complex.  The amended plan will be re-submitted to SADC for its final approval and action, which are required for the release of State grant funds to preserve farms in Manalapan Township
